You can cancel your order within12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed as the order will already be prepared for shipping. To request a cancellation, please email us atsupport@grediy.com. Any requests received after the 12-hour window cannot be accommodated, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
